This entry was posted in Uncategorized on Decemby george. The Gorean Gor series novels are great reads. I found the later books in the Gor series a bit tedious, but the first four or five books in the series deliver all the action and adventure you could ever want! The early books followed the pattern set in Tarnsman of Gor, but the later books focused on S&M sex and philosophical issues (not surprising since the author teaches Philosophy). “John Noman” is the pseudonym of John Lange, a college professor, who has written 30 novels in the Gor series. This “Counter-Earth” is on the other side of the Sun and is ruled by the insectoid Priest-Kings, an alien race with advanced technology. Back in 1966, I bought a copy of John Norman’s Tarnsman of Gor and was transported into a world very similar to Edgar Rice Burroughs’ Barsoom.

Lastly, pull the lever on the wall to create a bridge that takes you back to the entrance. Once the bridge forms, cross over and claim the Dexterity perk. Now take the orb and throw it over to the holder on the opposite side, making sure the line turns purple before you release it. Collect the Diligence Emitter, then, making sure you're outside the place where the barriers were raised, grab the orb and head back to the platform. Head through the doorway in the wall behind you and follow it around to the left to find a room with a chest. This deactivates the barriers blocking entry to a nearby room. Look up towards the wall and aim the orb through the glowing yellow hole in the wall. Return to the platform with the bridge and lever and pick up the orb-the bridge will disappear, so be careful. The platform you're on will now rise up to the next level, and if you cross the bridge and explore, you'll find another Sense Echo and a Datadisc (opens in new tab). Cross the newly-formed bridge to grab the Sense Echo at the end, then return and use the lever. Use the force to grab it, then continue across the bridge and drop it in another orb holder. Start across it and look down to the right where you used the first orb. LT9.The bridge the second orb creates up here is unstable, so use the lever to move the bridge to the right.
